Kerbs lowered at Turn 1 and Turn 11 at Circuit of the Americas

The Race Director's Competition Notes V2 for the United States Grand Prix note the yellow kerb height has been reduced at the apex of Turn 1 and the apex of Turn 11. The white paint simulating a kerb at the Turn 11 exit has also been removed.
