Stewards hand out drive-throughs and time penalties at Zandvoort

The Dutch Grand Prix stewards issued a run of sanctions around the chaotic opening lap. Franco Colapinto and Arvid Lindblad were both given drive-through penalties for overtaking under double waved yellow flags on lap 1. Colapinto and Liam Lawson each took a 10 second time penalty for failing to slow for yellows, and Carlos Sainz was given a 10 second penalty for causing a collision. The penalties reshaped the final classification after the flag.
