Hamilton warned and Ferrari fined for impeding Bortoleto in practice

The stewards gave Lewis Hamilton a warning for unnecessarily impeding Gabriel Bortoleto at Turn 9 in second practice, and separately fined Scuderia Ferrari HP 10000 euros for not warning Hamilton that a much faster car was approaching. The decision is FIA document 26. Hamilton's mirror was damaged and the team gave no radio warning, which the stewards weighed as mitigation for the driver but as the reason for the team fine.
