Lance Stroll will start the Singapore Grand Prix from the pit lane after the stewards found Aston Martin changed Car 18's suspension setup under parc ferme without the Technical Delegate's approval and continued work on the car beyond covers on time. Stroll's penalty mirrors the one given to teammate Fernando Alonso. The decision is FIA document 81.
