Lawson gets a grid drop and penalty point after Free Practice clash with Verstappen

The stewards gave Liam Lawson a one place grid penalty for the next race after he and Max Verstappen made a series of moves between Turn 12 and Turn 14 in second practice in Mexico City. Lawson also receives one penalty point, taking his total to four for the 12 month period. The stewards called the moves unnecessary and clumsy and said they escalated the sanction from a formal warning because of a similar warning given at the Team Managers meeting earlier that day.
