Russell's grid penalty for Singapore grows to 60 places

George Russell picked up a second grid penalty for the Singapore Grand Prix after Mercedes fitted a fourth energy store and a fourth control electronics unit during qualifying. The stewards added a 20 place drop on top of the 40 places Russell already carried from an earlier engine change, taking his total penalty for Sunday to 60 places. The decision is FIA document 79.
