Stroll warned for a first safety car time breach in qualifying

The stewards gave Lance Stroll a warning after Car 18 exceeded the 1 minute 59 second limit between the safety car lines in qualifying at 16:16. The decision is FIA document 40. The team said the power unit's out lap procedure made the time hard to hit, but the stewards found Stroll met the limit on another out lap in the same session and kept the standard sanction of a warning.
