COTA resurfaces the track from Turn 9 to Turn 11 for the US Grand Prix

The Race Director's Competition Notes V2 for the United States Grand Prix confirm the circuit surface at Circuit of the Americas has been resurfaced from the entry of Turn 9 through to the entry of Turn 11. The new surface affects grip and tyre wear through that sequence of corners for the whole race weekend.
